Geography Victoria - Grey to Green Walking Tour of Melbourne CBD

Following the successful sold-out CBD walking tour events in 2024, the next Geography Victoria fieldtrip will venture into NEW territory in the CBD!

Register for the Grey to Green Walking Tour on Sunday 18 May to discover how Melbourne is a city of green possibilities - green roofs, green laneways, more trees, more plants and more green space.

On our route we will explore the areas in the City of Melbourne where the greening of public spaces ensures the city is resilient, inclusive and meets the changing needs of its inhabitants.

We are indeed fortunate that Rob Adams AM, retired City of Melbourne architect, has devised this new fieldtrip which will give us hope that our capital city will meet the challenges of the future.
